POTUS 45.60: He's Such A Delicate Boy and a Hysterical Man

Re: POTUS 45.60: He's Such A Delicate Boy and a Hysterical Man

I’m not sure I buy that due process theory. That’s like saying it would be okay for cops to bust into your house and search without a warrant, so long as they don’t use that evidence in a trial. Still not okay in my book.

Which part of due process do they feel he is not getting?

If you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to hide.

Jesus

“ JUST IN: President Trump vowed to do a "fireside chat" reading of the transcript of his July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky — the call at the center of House Democrats' impeachment inquiry.

"At some point, I’m going to sit down, perhaps as a fireside chat on live television, and I will read the transcript of the call, because people have to hear it. When you read it, it’s a straight call," Trump said in a new interview.”

Trump officially declared himself a resident of Florida. He’s no longer claiming New York.

Gonna guess it's because of taxes.....

Except that isnt what he is saying. He isnt saying the President doesn't have rights under the Constitution, he is saying they are using the term "Due Process" wrong. Generally speaking "Due Process" deals more with the proceedings not the investigation. He is protected by the Constitution during the investigation, but "Due Process" has more to do with the Government not being able to deny him life, liberty and property without a hearing.

Oh goody.

Lebanon didn’t help the US win ww2

It's partly that, but more so because he knows he can't go back to New York unless he plans to hole up in the Trump Tower penthouse for the rest of his miserable life.

From Florida, and with the help of the Republicans in power there, he can more easily fight subpoenas from New York and tie up warrants in court.

If the rule of law matters and there is justice in the world you actually will be moving to a New York Jail for the rest of your life. Enjoy.

Ooh the cops are weighing in on due process. Delicious

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The Fraternal Order of Police exists, in part, to defend these rights, not just for police officers, but for all citizens at every level, from the indigent living on the street to the President living in the White House. <a href="https://t.co/sea0WYT4AD">pic.twitter.com/sea0WYT4AD</a></p>— National FOP (@GLFOP) <a href="https://twitter.com/GLFOP/status/1189304716091711488?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">October 29, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Re: POTUS 45.60: He's Such A Delicate Boy and a Hysterical Man

I'm sure the FOP is just as troubled by closed door grand juries for the other 300 million of us.

Exactly. When the FOP starts caring about the people their members kill then they can weigh in on this. Until then they eat a tailpipe.

All that is going on is the grand jury...if half the country wasnt too stupid to read (including apparently the FOP) they would understand that.

And again...where is the President being denied Due Process? He knows who is being called as witnesses against him. He has representatives from his Party there to question them. The information from the hearings are being made public (even though the Transparency Brigade hates leaks) so maybe the FOP and the morons who watch Faux should stop being Don King and just making crap up to sound smart.
