The irony being the whistle-blower is no longer important. He pointed out the smoke but everybody else then confirmed the fire and identified that Rudy and Dump are the arsonists and Pence and most of the GOP are accessories after the fact.

Even if Traitor Tot had shot the whistle-blower on Fifth Avenue this afternoon it wouldn't affect the case one bit.

Hopefully they expand the impeachment inquiry to include all of the illegal acts he's committed in office because he should be held accountable for all of them.

Yeah definitely include those. The main concern is that there were rumors that the inquiry was going to be rushed so that it was done before the new year because they didn't want it to overlap with the Iowa caucuses or something. Which is stupid, there's gotta be at least 20 different impeachable offenses.

I love that the White House keeps ordering people not to appear, thus adding another count every time they do it. Maybe they think, "commit infinite crimes; can never be tried for any."

Yeah...I'd hold off on a litany of crimes and stick to the most salient one with the public which is the Ukraine mess. Once Chump is out of office you can start prosecuting him for the other stuff. I don't think a set time frame is necessary but we need to stay focused here and not go off on the Emoluments Clause. Impeach his sorry azz sometime next year on what we already have on him even if it bleeds into primary season, and then unleash holy hell on Gardner/Collins/McSally/Tillis/Ernst and whoever else sticks with the cult on election day.

Well the idea of getting it done fast was so the Primaries wouldnt be all about Trump and Impeachment. Even though Impeachment is still popular with the people it is not a winning issue on the campaign trail right now. The Dems need to mold their message outside of Impeachment. This has merit if we are only dealing with the Ukraine issue...

But...the clown is doing so much more there is no way this can be slowed down. every time he stonewalls or the DOJ stops people from testifying he is adding time. Most likely he is doing this to create fatigue amongst the voters. He sees the same numbers the Dems do (or I should say, whoever is telling him how to play this) and his best bet is to stall this out according to many of the old guard.

In truth though it is having the opposite effect. While people are getting fatigued AND they are starting to side eye all of this in truth they are blaming him for the fatigue as much as the Dems. He isnt playing the usual Reindeer Games, he is admitting to all of it and not even trying to make it look like he isnt responsible. Well I guess he tried it but it didnt work. Plus, since he pimped all of the people responsible as "The Best" the more he fires and the more they pull shenanigans the more he takes that issue on himself. Many of the people (not his base) who took a flyer on him are annoyed by this crap. They may hate Dems, but they also hate when the people in charge dont do what they promised and cause headaches every hour on the hour.

The Dems should keep saying they want to fast play this and let them slow it to a crawl. If Impeachment is still in talks come the new year he is going to get super desperate.
