So trying to prosecute people for stuff that wasn’t illegal when it was done sounds right up this administrations alley.

If I'm looking for a guy to take the fall, I'd hate to have to rely on Giuliani to be a good soldier because he's insane. Chump's people were all ginned up to make it look like he'd gone rouge and was doing his own diplomacy until he whipped out text messages from the State Dept showing they were all in the know. The dumb SOB is probably going to show text messages from Chump next during an interview detailing the whole plot.
