Re: POTUS 45.57: We Should Have Voted for Zaphod Beeblebrox Instead.

Meanwhile he’s rage tweeting at John legend, Chrissy reigns and making fun of mark samford for having affair with a “flaming dancer” meanwhile the taliban has promised more loss of life over the cancelled negotiations

“Hundreds of Bahamians attempting to flee the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian were reportedly told to get off an evacuation ferry headed for Fort Lauderdale if they did not have a visa to enter the United States despite Customs and Border Patrol not requiring one.”

CNN has an exclusive saying the US had to extract a spy from Russia because of the way Trump handles classified info.

Nice.

There’s also this breaking today:

https://www.politico.com/story/2019/09/06/air-force-trump-scottish-retreat-1484337

Air Force crew made an odd stop on a routine trip: Trump’s Scottish resort

In early Spring of this year, an Air National Guard crew made a routine trip from the U.S. to Kuwait to deliver supplies.

What wasn’t routine was where the crew stopped along the way: President Donald Trump’s Turnberry resort, about 50 miles outside Glasgow, Scotland.

...

The inquiry is part of a broader, previously unreported probe into U.S. military expenditures at and around the Trump property in Scotland. According to a letter the panel sent to the Pentagon in June, the military has spent $11 million on fuel at the Prestwick Airport — the closest airport to Trump Turnberry — since October 2017, fuel that would be cheaper if purchased at a U.S. military base. The letter also cites a Guardian report that the airport provided cut-rate rooms and free rounds of golf at Turnberry for U.S. military members.

Taken together, the incidents raise the possibility that the military has helped keep Trump’s Turnberry resort afloat — the property lost $4.5 million in 2017, but revenue went up $3 million in 2018.

And that's the end of it. Cause, there is no oversight. None. Zippo. Nada.

Scooby, I'm going to try to enlighten you for the last time. All of this - all of the low rent scandals and seemingly brainless executive orders and edicts, have a purpose. One is to appeal to Chump's supporters by "owning the libs". His bring back inefficient lightbulbs ruling is a good example. (aside: if you want a good laugh, dig deep with some conservative as to what exactly their obsession with efficient lightbulbs is? Its hilarious). But the other is to demoralize people like yourself, rufus, trix, etc into not voting. Chump seems like a man of action, boldly rolling back enviromental and diplomatic ruling with the stroke of a pen. Why, he's even going to give the rich tax cuts without going through Congress! AND he's found a secret workaround to put the citizenship question on the census, even after being told not to. Why couldn't Obama rule like this?!?!? Must be because he was really a conservaDem!

In reality, none of this will actually happen. Car companies can't just start making less fuel efficient cars with the snap of their fingers. That takes years of design and production, all for a guy with a real possibility of not being in office after Jan of 2021. Allowing more pollution to "own the libs" isn't an argument that will hold up in court, and all of that will need to go through court. I could go on and on, but this is all by design. You, and your defeatist ilk, are being played like a harp from hell. Do you not see this, or do you and you're perfectly willing to play along because it fits your comfort zone of being a victim?

All of Chump's Nazi-esque policies go with him once he loses. All that will be left is the one thing he passed legislatively, a tax windfall for the rich which any Gooper Prez was going to pass. Keep your eyes on the prize and turf his a ss instead of crying every time he does something stupid.

No. It's actually to destroy the Government of the United States of America. And it's working. The institutions are not holding. All the norms have been thrown out the window and they're gone forever.

So you're going with victimhood/being played. Got it! ;)

He thinks John Legend has a filthy wife, apparently forgetting all of the pics of his wife's twat all over the Internet.

Re: POTUS 45.57: We Should Have Voted for Zaphod Beeblebrox Instead.

Trump Is Not Well

I wasn’t shy about making the same case publicly. During a July 14, 2016, appearance on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, for example, I responded to a pro-Trump caller who was upset that I opposed Trump despite my having been a Republican for my entire adult life and having served in the Reagan and George H. W. Bush administrations and the George W. Bush White House.

“I don’t oppose Mr. Trump because I think he’s going to lose to Hillary Clinton,” I told Ben from Purcellville, Virginia. “I think he will, but as I said, he may well win. My opposition to him is based on something completely different, which is, first, I think he is temperamentally unfit to be president. I think he’s erratic, I think he’s unprincipled, I think he’s unstable, and I think that he has a personality disorder; I think he’s obsessive. And at the end of the day, having served in the White House for seven years in three administrations and worked for three presidents, one closely, and read a lot of history, I think the main requirement for president of the United States … is temperament, and disposition … whether you have wisdom and judgment and prudence.”

That statement has been validated.

Donald Trump’s disordered personality—his unhealthy patterns of thinking, functioning, and behaving—has become the defining characteristic of his presidency. It manifests itself in multiple ways: his extreme narcissism; his addiction to lying about things large and small, including his finances and bullying and silencing those who could expose them; his detachment from reality, including denying things he said even when there is video evidence to the contrary; his affinity for conspiracy theories; his demand for total loyalty from others while showing none to others; and his self-aggrandizement and petty cheating.

It manifests itself in Trump’s impulsiveness and vindictiveness; his craving for adulation; his misogyny, predatory sexual behavior, and sexualization of his daughters; his open admiration for brutal dictators; his remorselessness; and his lack of empathy and sympathy, including attacking a family whose son died while fighting for this country, mocking a reporter with a disability, and ridiculing a former POW. (When asked about Trump’s feelings for his fellow human beings, Trump’s mentor, the notorious lawyer Roy Cohn, reportedly said, “He ****es ice water.”)

The most recent example is the president’s bizarre fixation on falsely insisting that he was correct to warn that Alabama faced a major risk from Hurricane Dorian, to the point that he doctored a hurricane map with a black Sharpie to include the state as being in the path of the storm.

We have repeatedly heard versions of that sentiment over the course of Trump’s presidency. It’s said that speculating on Trump’s mental health is inappropriate and unwise, especially for those who are not formally trained in the field of psychiatry or psychology.

That’s true, up to a point. Yes, it is best to leave it to experts to determine whether Trump satisfies the criteria for a clinical diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, some combination of both, or nothing at all.

But if a clinical diagnosis is beyond my own expertise, Trump’s psychological impairments are obvious to all who are not willfully blind. On a daily basis we see the president’s chaotic, unstable mind on display. Are we supposed to ignore that?

Yes, but their skin is brown, and there isn't a single 10 in the group, so it's OK. If they were Aryans or a bunch of fashion models, then it would be different. It's all explained in Corinthians part 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Kindly show me where YOU predicted Trump's victory roofie! :D

However, I stand by my statement. You're doing what Chump and his Russian allies want you to do. If the Dems have no victories over the past 40 years, no heroes over that time, and nothing to build on, why then would someone with that mindset show up to vote? Answer - they wouldn't, and the more they can convince you to mope the closer they get to victory. Astounding to me that educated people (presumably) like yourself don't see how you're being played for a sucker.

I didnt. Nice deflection.

I also didn't make an *** out of myself by guaranteeing a victory by Hillary, either. Only you did that.

At long last sir, have you no sense of decency? At the very least, you could spare us the lectures about how ill-informed, defeatist, unsophisticated, or just plain incapable of understanding your wisdom the rest of us are. For you've already demonstrated, you have none. No special inside grasp about how politics works, no better idea than anyone else what should be done, or what will happen.

But you still think you're some sort of expert.
