Having kids isn't an affordable option for my generation. And yes, I'm aware conservatives think we're selfish or lazy for not wanting kids. The church I went to before Grace Episcopal thought having the family with the 2 kids and a dog should have been the be all, end all goal for EVERYONE.

It's not that I can't afford them, it's that I don't want to invest the time and money to raise them properly, only to be largely disappointed.

So yes, I am a selfish, lazy fck.

This isn't ignoring a subpoena. It would be a direct violation of federal law (as the SCOTUS ruled you can't do that). If you take part in that, you're on the hook. Not sure what part of that people aren't understanding. I think Lizzy Warren is great, but if I worked for her and she ordered me to start cashing checks from donors and depositing them in her personal bank account, I would quit the job before partaking in illegal activity, solely for the purpose of saving my own arse.

'cuz Democrats need issues to rail about to get their supporters riled up about

the irony is that the state I live in has been pushing hard for this with the mistaken conception that illegals need to be counted when in fact counting illegals is going to cost 'em a seat since we don't get as many as other states
