They only care about fetuses coming to term. They don't care what condition they're in or whether or not they need to be deported as soon as they come out.

It's pretty interesting how Congressional Subpoena's are now meaningless. How many norms have been destroyed over the last 10-11 years? (I'm taking into account all the norms that went out the window under Obama as well. Not because of him, but because of the party that just doesn't give a **** anymore.

That's really going to depend on the judiciary, and by that I mean the pre-Trump appointed judiciary. Sadly that means relying on appointees of the Bushies (I can't imagine there's too too many Reagan judges left?) alongside the Clinton and Obama ones but that's where we're at right now.

Yeah, but it won't matter. Trump is running out the clock. And, from all indications I've heard this is likely to work. I think someone from the Obama administration (may have been Holder) hung one of these up and ran out the clock. It wasn't the norm for other administrations like it is now, but it's happened.

Just fetuses and what the Invisible Man says are just two more things they can exploit to get the Rubes fired up and angry and give the Repubs their support while the Repubs continue ***-raping them, and hope the Rubes are so angry and fired up about that they won't notice the anal bleeding.

Well if that means he's a one term President it works for me. He can't blow of subpoena's as easily as a private citizen.

We'll see. I see signs that his base will be as rabid as ever. Didn't stop Obama from being reelected though so all things considered it shouldn't matter. Just don't pick another female that everyone hates.

I'm out of WaPo site visits for the month, but I found the article in the Fort Worth Star Telegram. This quote seems to me that the school board is angling to avoid any first amendment fight:
“But decisions have leaned heavily against teachers and for districts for anything that creates a “disruption” to the learning/school environment,” D’Amico said. “So something that a teacher posted that was public and could be known to cause great anger among the school community/parents, etc., could fall into that.”

Yeah they are playing it right. In fact they are being nllicer than most districts would be because she plead stupidity.
