If the courts decide otherwise then it doesn't.

Dump is a fool and a knave. On his own, even as President, he is as impotent as he is in bed. But the Constitution dies if the GOP allows that to get what they want.

It is already dead. The GOP flat out said they wont vote for it because it would cause a raise in the Gas Tax amongst other taxes needed to fund it.

Trump has to be ticked. The one time he goes bipartisan on something and his side is gonna kill it. The Infrastructure Plan is a talking point he needs in the coming election (especially to try and soothe the Health Care hatred he receives) and his Party is bending him over a barrel. My guess is The Master Negotiator flips to the 20-80 Plan (20% Govt/80% Private) because they will likely support that. That will cause the Dems to walk away and nothing gets done.

Generally speaking, I find libertarians to be more informed about the Constitution than most other groups. That was never their problem.

Their problem is they are emotionally and intellectually stilllborn young high achievement males who believe because they aced the Math SAT their values are transcendent and not autobiographical but "correct." The middle class ones grow out of it. The rich ones like the Kook Brothers continue thinking that way all their lives for the same Emperor's New Clothes reasons Dump has no idea he's a fool.

The issue is that they insist on interpreting the Constitution according to 19th century norms. They also have a tendency to feel that they are entitled to any sort of relationship with women that they please, because they are "nice guys". But to be fair, that's true of most socially inept nerds of any stripe.

I can’t believe the republicans aren’t for a fair tax like a gas tax. No better way to **** the poor.

No, he’ll listen to Rush and Sean and be told what he did wrong. With his new opinion, he’ll **** it up beyond recognition, THEN blame the Democrats.

We have a pretty high gas tax already, IMO. When it comes to taxes, MN always guns for booze, tobacco, and gas. Let's look at other possible areas to tax instead. Our mass transit is not an option for many, realistically. If this were NY or BOS or something? Ok, I could understand a higher gas tax.
