Re: POTUS 45:52: Not Founded On Anything

Dumpy II: The Next Generation.

A Tennessee man charged by New York prosecutors with pretending to be a Manhattan lawyer and taking thousands from would-be clients was the co-founder of Students for Trump, a national group that mobilized college campuses in the run-up to the 2016 election and plans to do so again in 2020.

John Lambert, 23, was arrested last week and charged by Southern District of New York prosecutors with wire fraud for having invented a lawyer persona named “Eric Pope” that he used to solicit legal work online. ALM reported last week that the fake firm website he created appeared to have attorney biographies cribbed from senior partners at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

You guys wanted government run like a business. Well, in business, only one guy gets to call the shots.

Who exactly are you guys? lol

I'm pretty sure that the idiots who think government should run like a business love President Trump.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Flaggy, Sicatoka, Hovey, etc., even though rufus and trixie do have an annoying tendency to auto-label anyone not fully toking from the Bernie or Warren blunts as a crypto-fascist. :p

Hey, they label me crypto-fascist and I'm backing Warren in the primaries! ;)

Yeah, this is definitely the behavior of a man who would leave peacefully if he lost an election or was removed.

He can throw all the tantrums he wants and say anything he wants, if the election is certified the Secret Service will throw his *** out we have already gone over this. They have no loyalty to him their job is to protect the President.

Dont get me wrong he will do everything he can...problem for him is there is nothing he can do short of a military coup. Plus he can make millions after he leaves office stumping for people and giving speeches talking about how he got screwed. Then he can run again 4 years later and really screw the GOP over.

Another Dumpy dou-chenozzle.

One of these sad sacks is going to kill somebody.

When the NYTimes wrote it up did they bring up all the Clinton's transgressions and question how they got that house? I only ask cause that is what they did when someone tried to bomb it ;)

The Plan was never to win in the first place. That really f-cked him up -- look at the scrutiny he's under now for crimes he committed decades ago.

His optimal result is lose close and then go the rest of his days milking his army of dummies for every cent they have promising a Bonni Prince Charlie march on "his" house. He's a dope in 99 ways but he's a brilliant grifter. People like Flaggy will give him their life savings, and there are millions of rubes like that.

Who knows? He may die solvent.

Nah, you can be a Kamala supporter, or a Pete Butagiggitygiggity supporter too.

Re: POTUS 45:52: Not Founded On Anything

https://shareblue.com/us-military-forced-to-correct-trumps-new-lie-about-mexican-soldiers/

After Trump unleashed a wild conspiracy theory on Twitter Wednesday about Mexican soldiers and U.S. troops at the border, the U.S. had to clarify Wednesday that Trump was wrong and the interaction was nothing more than a "misunderstanding."

Trump alleged, without any proof, that "Mexico's Soldiers recently pulled guns on our National Guard Soldiers, probably as a diversionary tactic for drug smugglers on the Border." He then warned Mexico that it "Better not happen again!" and that the U.S. is sending armed soldiers to the border.

Trump's rant has nothing to do with what really happened, according to Navy Capt. Pamela Kunze, a U.S. military spokesperson.

First of all, the U.S. military personnel involved were U.S. Army soldiers, not members of the National Guard.

Mexican soldiers "mistakenly believed the U.S. Army soldiers were south of the border with Mexico," Kunze said. The U.S. troops were south of the border wall, but still on U.S. soil in an unmarked Customs and Border Patrol vehicle. After a brief conversation between the soldiers from the two countries, the Mexican soldiers departed.

"We believe this brief exchange was a misunderstanding concerning the location of the unmarked U.S. surveillance vehicle and an honest mistake by the Mexican soldiers," Kunze said. "The Mexican military has been and continues to be a great partner with the United States military," she added.

The outlandish conspiracy theory, which has no basis in fact, originated from a conversation on Sunday's "Fox & Friends" television program, according to the Washington Post. On the program, Brandon Judd, national president of a union for Border Patrol agents, made the unfounded accusation that "it is believed that Mexican military is performing diversion tactics for criminal cartels in order for them to smuggle drugs or high-value contraband into the United States."

Kunze added that the soldiers did nothing wrong, followed protocols and "successfully de-escalated the situation."

Re: POTUS 45:52: Not Founded On Anything

Our child king is now using both Fox News and Alex Jones as the source of all of his information. What would this ***** clown do with a real crisis (other than create one)?

If the Cuban missile crisis started tomorrow instead of taking place nearly 60 years ago, how many days in would it be before the world ended? 2? 3? Hell, if 9-11 happened on his watch, a situation where the danger basically ended once we had all 5,000 aircraft that were in the air that morning on the ground (yes I know the danger persisted for first responders, some to this day) how long would it have taken for trump to horribly miscalculate and overreact? 1 day? 2?

The world is an unstable, often dangerous place. While I'm not paralyzed with fear I do admit that when I stop and think about how truly unqualified the current occupant of the White House is and how he is completely and totally unprepared for a real crisis I get more than a little concerned. It isn't just that trump is clueless and unqualified, it is that he has also surrounded himself with people who are also not qualified in their jobs to advise him, if he has bothered to fill the job at all.
