Just remember, the Trump mafia loses 9 of 10 court challenges it faces when trying to implement its glaringly capricious new rules. The big stuff will be kept safe until the adults are allowed to take charge again.

There was a Twitter poll with Booker, Bernie, Warren, and Kamala as the choices, and the comments were filled with people commenting Tulsi Gabbard. I have no doubt those were all coming from troll farms.

Given that Lindsy Graham is supporting dumpy's call for an emergency declaration, then we can all expect an emergency declaration to seize guns after the first mass shooting in 2021.

I can't believe that R's are giving up Congress like that. And I'm not talking about letting D's win their seats, I'm talking giving Congressional Power to the Executive. That's totally insane. Forget tearing down the Statue, they are burning up the Constitution.

It’d insane. Personally I want the climate change emergency issued first.

He really must think he can’t get re-elected without that wall. Personally I think his base is so stupid they’ll vote for him no matter what

This is where I think even the most conservative courts will strike down any kind of emergency declaration. Because they understand that public health, gun violence, and climate change could and would be easily declared as emergencies if we applied the same standards.

This emergency declaration is a nothingberder. I hope he tries it. It’s win-win for Democrats. Either Donald gets b-chslapped or the Dems have a pretty sweet road to single payer and climate change fixes.
