The President of the United States is going to turn out to be a Russian asset. Welp, Dump did promise his presidency was going to be like a TV show. And the ratings!

The impressive thing is nobody in the Republican party, either elected officials or their voters, cares. #butjudges

Lindsey Graham will tell you over and over again that he voted for Kagan and Sotomayer and if RBG needs to be replaced while Trump is in office it will be another Kavanaugh and he won't think nothing of it.

He'll also tell you Harry Reid is at fault for all of it.

We need to make Dump the face of the GOP for the next fifty years. You know Dump is only going to look worse and worse first as this story comes out and then as historians pry open all the crap he's done. I want every voter to immediately think of Dump the second they see that stupid elephant. Brand them deep into the bone with Dumpy's character and his criminality. They deserve it for imperiling our country just so they could sop up a few more trillion in grift.

I wouldn't worry about that. The next GOP nominee is going to be WORSE than Trump. And the one after that will be even worse. The cult members aren't going to moderate. The lesser their numbers, the more strident they'll become. I'm talking Jim Jordan and Louis Gohmert here.

For a more serious reply from myself on this, dont forget that House Rep Adam Schiff tried to subpoena the US interpreter that was in the Trump/Putin meeting where we just learned Trump kept the notes.

Paul Ryan and fellow House Republicans blocked the vote with their then majority.

Here's his Tweet about it from six months ago:

The conspiracy theory dujour on Fark is that the GOP may relent after waiting a week or two, because at that point Pence can assume the office and still run for 2 more full terms.

I don't see that as plausible for any number of reasons, but it's an idea floating around.
