If water ponded in your front yard after a rain it was a "wetland" and could face regulation under WOTUS.

Was it? Did any one legally challenge it, or just complain about it?

The Ag industry had more than enough power to challenge it's legality in court.

Did they ever do that?

Given what just came down, either 1) they didn't, or 2) they did, and it was found to be legal (aka, not an overreach).

As bad as Trump has been, there are always moments of humor.

Pelosi asserted that the House could not pass any bill which included the $5 billion for border wall funding. Trump rejected Pelosi’s comments, vowing that the House had the votes to do it. “Well then do it. Go do it,” Pelosi retorted, egging the president on. But Trump’s pledge that the House could pass such a bill has put Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and other GOP congressional leaders in a tough spot as they try to spare the president from embarrassment.

Like I've been saying - GOP, build the wall already.

The best thing about Hannity and Drudge deleting their Tweets, is that they're stupid enough to believe they were actually deleted, and aren't archived in some Nevada data warehouse, just waiting to be subpoenaed. :D

Anyone still think Nancy wasn't the right person to lead the Democrats in the House? The only person from either party since Hillary to stand up to Red Don and tell him 'no' right to his face. Dealt with him like the petulant child that he is.

Donnie ran away pouting and steaming, tossing papers around in a rage. And its only gonna get better, or worse depending on which side you're on.

And, NBC reporting that as of 2pm, the petulant little boy had yet to show up for work today.

More of what we'll be seeing over the next two years, as baby Donnie spends his days in the residence, watching tv and Twitter bombing about his awesomeness, and how unfair everyone is to him.

It counts as a challenge, but what was the ruling? Did the court decide that it was not a legal change? If they did, then what dumpy is doing is moot.

The post you link to just had a delay on the rule, that's it. Which is pretty common for rules like that. Doesn't mean it's legal or illegal. Just that it's under review.

BTW, the only thing missing in the states that got the injunction was public comment. Not that it was illegal to put bodies of water under the Clean Water Act. So let's not pretend that it was a real overreach.

R's are too afraid of dumpy's base to stand up to him.

But Nancy was awesome. First got him riled up with the "Trump Shutdown" and then challenged his standing in the House. Repeatedly. Called him on his lies. And he could not deal with it what so ever. So much so that he moved onto Chuck.

Who also exposed the lies, and also the mere 6% spent of the '17 budget for security.

dumpy was about to pop a vein.

Nancy was awesome.
