Fuk Saudi Arabia. That's my solution. Right now we're what, the #1 producer of oil, as Red Don likes to brag about? How bout we keep that oil here, and work to become energy independent. Refer this case to the International Criminal Court. Oh wait, Red Don wants us out of that.
This country used to stand for something. It was founded on a set of ideals, to aspire to be something better. We may not have always lived up to those ideals, but we've had 200+ years of striving to,to keep getting better. That's all done.
As much as I loathed the man, even Ronnie Reagan understood that. But now, his "shining city on the hill", the example that provided hope and the inspiration for countless peoples in other nations that their country too, could be something more, is no more. It began crumbling under W, when we decided torture was ok. Its dead now, as we no longer stand for anything, as we've willfully chosen to wade into the cesspool with every other two-bit $hithole nation out there.
And every dumbfuk like you, who either supported, or stood idly by and allowed this dream to die, bears some of the responsibility. Hope you're proud of yourself.
