Alito is more likely than Gorsuch, imo. He's more of an ideologue than a Scalia-wannabe.
The bigger question is whether any of the strict constructionists mean it. Scalia normally stopped believing that at the 8th Amendment. A lot of lower court ones stop at the 2nd. None of them like the 14th.

I had little problem with Gorsuch. He was squeaky clean, and was replacing another conservative. The exact opposite of Kavanuts.

The really frustrating thing about all of this stuff going on is that it's distracting from all of the HUGE corruption that is going on right in front of our faces.
dumpy is taking money via his company from foreign leaders- violating the emoluments clause. 1) we know that he did NOT actually separate himself from his company, and 2) we know that governments are flocking to his resorts. We also know his company is getting millions in loans to make buildings in their countries.
his kids are getting paid- between directly with his kids and his in laws- all of them are getting money one way or another. Some by direct promotion of their product, some by selling real estate, some by selling citizenship (ironic considering the birth issue now). Most of the money, again, is coming from outside of this country.
his board of directors (cabinet) is getting money. Some were pretty blatant about it (Pruitt), some just stand by and listen to him bash them while their family profit (Chao), some just have to promote their DIRECT INVESTMENTS (DeVoss) which is very illegal for anyone else.
And congress just lets this happen.
