No different than Rick Perry cutting firefighting services in Texas, then begging for federal money when the following year was the worst wildfire season in recent memory.

Best part was his solution in the interim was literally to have citizens pray for rain.

He cancelled ceremony today at cemetery outside Paris for WW1 victims. It was raining. Bone spur in chief couldn’t handle it.

Least he’s not wearing a tan suit.

Trump cancels a visit to an American cemetery in France due to the weather.


Be warned, there is a Justin Trudeau speech floating around about reminding everyone that it wasn't just a little water inconveniencing those soldiers. That speech was from last year when Trudeau made the visit. But it is very appropriate still.

Ben Rhodes, who served as deputy national security adviser for strategic communications under President Barack Obama, said the excuse about the inclement weather did not stand up.

“I helped plan all of President Obama’s trips for 8 years,” he wrote on Twitter. “There is always a rain option. Always.”

I'll bet most people don't understand the implications of questioning the validity of Marbury v. Madison. It's a big deal.

But if the GOP gets three on the Court while Trump is in office, he'll probably change his tune.

Give him a break. It was tremendously big, and tremendously wet. One of the wettest we've ever seen, from the standpoint of water.
