So the senate Rs and Ds made a deal to rush through more judicial nominees then recess. And now the Rs are breaking said deal and ramming more through.
Why make any deals with these people?

And they completely stopped Obama from getting any which caused Harry Reid to drastic measures that they then later could use to justify the unjustifiable. Power begets power.

Because Schumer is in over his head and never gets tired of losing.

Schumer doesn't have the votes. The "R"'s do. The Democrats never had the votes. When Mitch was blocking them they couldn't get over the filibuster. Now that the filibuster is gone they don't have enough to stop it.

If you have the votes you can do whatever the **** you want.

That doesn't mean you need to make deals with them to make it easier to get their judges through.

Usually in the Senate people don't lie. It's always been analogized as a small town community. Turtle Boy is a snake. Schumer and the Dems are too logical and too nice to realize how ****ing awful their colleagues really are.

Is the NDA actually illegal, or is the failure to report a contribution which benefited a political campaign, thus violating election financing laws, the illegal part of it?

NDA's are used all the time and I don't think are considered per se illegal.
