He was always on that side. That's why he calls it "fake news" and the press is "the enemy of the people". In fact, he basically started this whole "anti-media" thing.

It's shameful to see The US devolving into a third world dictatorship right before our very eyes. Simply because those who profess to love the Constitution so are too stupid to understand what it truly stands for.

One of the number one things I see about the Mueller investigation from the masses of idiots is how long it's taking. And Rudy, and Trump just feed that like throwing coal into a furnace.

Benghazi. Watergate. Both took longer. Benghazi shouldn't have but that's not my nor the Democrats fault. And certainly not the point.

I'm glad that Mueller is doing his investigation, and I really don't care how long it takes. If it results in scumbags going to jail for committing crimes, great.

However, this is what's going to turn out to be the problem with the Mueller investigation. He's going to issue a report that will outline all kind of activity by Trump that will range from questionable to nefarious to probably criminal. But then he won't do anything. He maybe can't do anything, but he certainly won't. Then Trump will tweet about the BS report and all of his lackeys will appear on the news program trying to punch holes in the report. And when the public doesn't see Trump charged with a crime or stand trial or go to jail, we'll just move on to the next nonsense in this country.

Simple solution to that. Get Kushner or Don Jr. on charges. That'll be enough to tip the scales.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office wants to ask President Donald Trump about obstruction of justice, sources close to the White House tell ABC News. According to sources, the president learned within the last day that the special counsel will limit the scope of questioning and would like to ask questions both orally and written for the President to respond to.

Not sure this is a problem yet. Say Mueller waits until Manafort trail is over and the accompanying Chump reaction (pardons, more obstruction, etc) before he drops his report sometime around Oct 1st. He indicts who he can indict but leaves Chump out of it. Treasonous money laundering cult running House ignores it or claims fake news.

At this point its up to the voters. Unleash holy hell on Gooper frauds in November and right after the new Congress convenes in January invite Mueller over to discuss his report and start impeachment hearings. Keep GOP in power and that's the end of the story as he will simply pardon anybody under indictment with zero consequences.

No, there will never be enough Senate votes to convict even if Chump is caught on tape collecting green sacks of money with dollar signs on the front from Vlady Putin himself. However, that would lead to another round of holy hell being unleashed on the GOP, this time in the Senate in the 2020 elections as well as Trump's re-election. Once out of office, and provided he doesn't pardon himself, its time for criminal charges to proceed.

Murray Waas had a good article https://www.nybooks.com/daily/2018/07/31/what-trump-knew-and-when-he-knew-it/ that lays out pretty clearly what's got Red Don so particularly nervous.

Apparently, Waas was shown a memo that says that both Priebus and Don McGahn had told Red Don before his meeting with Comey, where he asked if Comey could give Flynn a pass, that Flynn was under criminal investigation. This is corroborated by other memos Priebus and McGahn had sent to people, as well as others' recollections of them having been told this at the time.


Last year sometime, Sekulow and another of Red Don's attorney's had written Mueller that he couldn't be guilty of obstruction because he didn't know Flynn was under investigaton. He thought it was all done, and Flynn was cleared. Which was laughable in itself, as why then would red Don be asking Comey to let Flynn skate on an investigation that was done with and exonerated him?


But this new information shows that Red Don knew there was an investigation, and asked Comey to make it go away.
