To some extent I agree but in order to have private prisons, property laws, a system that ensures little to no class mobility, a financial system that favors the rich, you do need some type of central authority to make sure that all runs smoothly. Anarchy isn't nearly as favorable to them.

Which is why they'll love fascism, despite Hovey's oh so cute protestations.

You're not wrong. Honestly that's what's gonna lose Trump the next election, enough of his fringe supporters are going to see no economic progress or like in this case, get hit hard financially. That's not to say the cultural white supremacist stuff isn't important or a big part of his appeal for a lot of the people who voted for him (and obviously it's important to the 33%) but that alone isn't going to get it done. And it's also why it's so important for the dems to be more progressive on economic issues and prove that government actually can help people and get things done.

Times running the Photoshop of the girl crying with Trump standing over her, and associated media running stories with the assumption she was separated from her parents does not help dissuade Trump's cries of "Fake News."

Also, funny how the right will jump all over the Times and others for the misuse of the crying girl photo, but are totally silent or are even supportive of the video/audio of children wailing, other photos of children ripped from parents, and other associated photos/media. Silence on the actual actions, but cries of "unfair Libruls!" on a single photo.
