The plan includes relocating many social safety net programs into a new megadepartment, which would replace the Department of Health and Human Services and possibly include the word "welfare" in its title.

The irony is that cutting welfare safety nets impacts urban people of color recipients equally as hard as it will the rural white folk. And the white folk are championing for it!

They'll find a way to make the impact extremely unequal. Like the states that are putting into place work requirements that exempt rural (white) areas.

I'll ask again, if everyone's mind is so made up on this, why so much lying to hide the truth about it? Why so much whining about people speaking up about it and trying to silence them? It's almost like the right thinks it could lose some people over this, if not for plenty of good Germans running around to cover their tracks...

A lot of people got conned by Trump. But, this guy isn't one of them. He got exactly what Trump was promising in his campaign. He was just too stupid to understand what it would actually mean for him.

edit: Oops, I forgot. I'm supposed to be speak softly and try to coax these people to join my camp.
