Exactly. Put another way, it’s dishonestly trying to be honest. But they confuse being fair to both sides as being fair to the facts.

Like I said, if someone said the sky was blue, they would have the other side here. Objective facts are meaningless in their world. Some of their hosts are better than others, but the dictate from management is to show both sides. Which is dumb.

I love that they apparently have a “comprehensive plan” to denuclearize NK while we provide security for them.

You know, because the details of the Iran deal were hammered out over lunch.

This generation has given peace an opportunity. It is up to subsequent generations to maintain it. Sure, Ecclesiastes 3 mentions a time for every purpose under Heaven, and perhaps it is now finally time. Let's take advantage, instead of just poo-pooing.

Per NPR, South Korea and the US Army in Korea had no idea the military exercises were even on the table. Evidently they're both scrambling this morning to figure out what the signing actually means.

So, I know this is stupid of me to think, but what if Trump did all this so if Mueller comes after him, or it somehow gets to impeachment possibility, his new best buddy Kim will threaten the US and the only way to talk him off the ledge will be to stop impeachment proceedings. Or something. I’m just flabbergasted by all this.

Dictators do cut deals among themselves (Mussolini, Hitler, Stalin) but I doubt Dump has the mental acuity to plan more than 5 minutes in advance.

trump meeting with Kim is like the Houston Astros deciding to play a game with a local T-Ball team. Really, what did North Korea or Kim do to deserve this kind of a platform? In a year probably the only tangible effect of this meeting will be to strengthen Kim's hold on power so he can continue with his murderous regime as those that surround him will fear him even more. I mean if he can arrange a meeting with the "leader of the free world" what CAN'T he do? The other tangible effect this might have is keeping people who may have been on the fence about voting for democrats in November as a check on trump's runaway idiocy from doing so, since trump just "proved" his ability to lead. I can recall the republicans saying if Obama ever met with terrorists like the leaders of Iran, it was almost an act of treason. And people wonder why I possess such hatred for the current crop of republicans and wish they would all die slowly and painfully. Hell, a slow painful death is probably too good for some of them.

Bias towards what? They put Alex Jones types on just to have "both sides" even though both sides in whatever they are arguing is ridiculous.
