They are also idiots, aren't they? I didn't watch the interview, save for the clips that I saw teased out in commercials, but didn't she just recount what she claims happened? She is speaking about what happened to her and what she saw and heard him say. That is most definitely NOT hearsay, it is direct testimony were it to happen under oath, for instance.
