Mitch, Ryan and the non-retiring Repubs deserve their own volume in "Profiles in Cowardice."

Pretty sure NDAs don’t cover whistleblowing. You are almost always allowed to report crimes. Cat think of a situtiation where you aren’t.

And I think you might be right about public servants. And if you’re not, you should be.

The whole point of that is to avoid corruption and be more open- so that nothing is hidden.

Which I had thought this dope was running on- the whole drain the swap BS.

And it's turning out to be the very predictable opposite. Shocking.

Even Gowdy knows the jig is up.

Also, duh. He's digging his own grave even deeper.

Gowdy is admitting all this after Chris Wallace pressed him on the fact that the House Intelligence Committee did not interview Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Papadopoulos (and Gowdy adds: we didn't get answers from Bannon either). 3/3
— Ryan Goodman (@rgoodlaw) March 18, 2018

Jesus that is like doing a probe into the mafia and never talking to anyone involved in the flipping mafia

But hey it is easy to find no evidence of collusion when you dont actually look for collusion.

Gowdy calling out Nunes openly like that means Devin is the sacrificial lamb in all this. Paul Ryan will make him the example and then brush the whole thing under the rug...until Trump fires Mueller and Rosenstein.

Re: POTUS 45.30: "Stormy Weather...It Keeps on Rainin' all the Time..."

I wish Trump would hurry up and fire Rosenstein now that he's been cleared.

Technically, they don't work for Trumpy. They work for the American people. I don't see how he has any standing to require NDA's. Especially with FOIA requests, congressional oversight, and such.

He will hire someone else.

Geez

Mixed in among all that Mandarin Chinese garbage this morning were a few ads in English with hyperlinks to Trump Casino. Guess the president likes Spam.

Re: POTUS 45.30: "Stormy Weather...It Keeps on Rainin' all the Time..."

Can a public servant sign an NDA?

Yes, but as has been said they obviously cannot be used to circumvent the law. That would be like a criminal going before the judge and saying "yes, Your Honor, I did abduct those little girls but I have my contract with the molestor right here kthxbai."

MANCHESTER, N.H. — President Trump has decided to hire the longtime Washington lawyer Joseph E. diGenova, who has pushed the theory on television that Mr. Trump was framed by F.B.I. and Justice Department officials, to bolster his legal team, according to three people told of the decision.

Mr. diGenova is not expected to take a lead role but will instead serve as a more aggressive player on the president’s legal team. Mr. Trump broke over the weekend from the longstanding advice of some of his lawyers that he refrain from directly attacking the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, a sign of his growing unease with the investigation.

Trump hires lawyer who believes in conspiracy theories. Good plan.

Can he just fire Rosenstein please? Today. Don't wait another minute.
