Ok, not surprised that Trump rage tweeted about Nordstrom (sad, because that is NOT NORMAL), but did Spicer really just say that Nordstrom dropping Ivanka's clothing line for business reasons (e.g. it wasn't selling) is a "direct attack" on Trump's policies and her name? Am I being punk'd?
In the future, we will all wear Trump clothing, eat Trump steaks, and attend Trump University, because to do otherwise is an affront to our dear leader's ego.

I think it's to distract from Sessions' confirmation. The story on Nordstroms came out a week ago.
I went into a Nordstroms about a month ago and there wasn't much going on. I'd be surprised if them and Macy's are still around in five years.

I've got no issue with him saying that. he's totally whacked for doing so, but we know that.
The extraordinary part is when he went on to say that since they did, Trump was perfectly justified in going after them. Republicans looooove their authoritarian daddies.

It is obvious that when Republicans were claiming Obama was a tyrant, they were just projecting their own sick fantasies of what they would do. There is an authoritarian personality disorder on the right and right now it's at center stage. Sociologists will be studying this administration and its voters, and the GOP Congress that is trying to ride the tiger, for centuries.
At least we've finally got the definitive statement as to whether "It Can't Happen Here."
