All I learned from manual labor jobs was to work my butt off for 4 years so I could take it easy for 40 years.
It's no sin to be poor, but it's no great honor either.
Completely agree. It's good for kids to get that experience before it's too late.

10 years mowing lawns made it very clear to me I wanted a job inside.
Pro Life women come in all ages and they arent voting Dem no matter what.
I learned that, and that manual labor needs unions.
I have more respect for them than anyone. I can't imagine doing that for 40 years.
Give them an exam at 6 and track them -- top to post-graduate professions, middle to business, bottom to consumers. Allow for readjustments as you go along with kids either moving up or down a tier based on initiative and talent. Recognize that what works for the smart is a wall for the dumb and what works for the dumb is asphyxiation for the smart.
I'm surprised at the number of under age 30 women at pro-life rallies.
The butthurt is strong with this one...
Its not like the media ignored the candidate your side put up.
With regards to a woman being president and what side of the table she would be from, I remember back when Robert Dole was running and reading about his wife Elizabeth, who I think was the head of the Red Cross at the time, and how good of a candidate she would have been.
Corollary: all kids 13-15 should have to take care of babies. That would cut teen pregnancy to zero.

Because the last thing he ran turned out so well.
Shoveling grain (barley and oats are the best) out of a steel grain bin was mine.
Working in a factory as a kid did me a lot of good and certainly makes me appreciate the job I have now. I think everyone should have to work a bad job or two when they're young.
Scooby we cant do that. I am all for letting the Red States burn with their decisions but you are punishing kids that had zero to do with it and you are forcing them to be stupid. I am sorry but that is a bridge too far for me and as a parent it should be for you as well.
If you **** half the country to stupidity you will drag us all down guaranteed. If they choose to be stupid that is their problem but students cant choose in this manner and the way to win this war is through education.
