NEW YORK — Stormy Daniels, the pornography star whom President Donald Trump's personal attorney acknowledged paying $130,000 just before Election Day, believes she is now free to discuss her alleged sexual encounter with Trump, her manager told The Associated Press Wednesday.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, believes that Trump attorney Michael Cohen invalidated a non-disclosure agreement after two news stories were published Tuesday: One, in which Cohen told The New York Times that he made the six-figure payment with his personal funds, and another in the Daily Beast, which reported that Cohen was shopping a book proposal that would touch on Daniels' story, said the manager, Gina Rodriguez.

"Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story," Rodriguez said.

In recent weeks the actress has played coy, declining to elaborate when pressed on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Rodriguez said her client will soon announce how and when she will tell her story publicly.

Well either her attorney or his attorney had to have orchestrated it. Her attorney has no reason to (and she would have fired him already if he did it) so logic dictates that someone on Trump's side did this. Cohen needs to watch himself...

Now that the agreement has been breeched I don't think she has to be careful at all. Just tell the truth.

White House staff decline to comment on Melania's parent's immigration status, could be benefitting from "Chain Migration" that Trump so readily wants to stop.

The only solace I have is I didn't vote for the idiot and his band of morons. That's all I've got. It's not much. For those that did vote for him, I hope you're enjoying the complete destruction of the nation.

I don't know how much money Ms. Daniels makes in her "profession" (mookie, you wanna chime in here? :D) but if she writes a tell-all while of course sticking to a truthful version of events she's going to be a very wealthy woman. How many people would buy that book just to laugh their arses off?

Why put profession in quotes? It's a lot more legitimate than most white collar jobs. At least the client actually get something in this case.

Agreed that she should put the details in a book, then go on tour and milk it. She has truth on her side; all he has are his delusions and his decreasingly effective lies.
