The point of comedy oftentimes is to not have taste and class. George Carlin (once he went Blue) never had taste or class. Richard Pryor became famous when he went complete opposite of Bill Cosby and said stuff that was ridiculously classless and tasteless. Lenny Bruce made his entire career doing it...

That is fine...not liking a joke is a matter of taste. Ripping Brent because he had the balls to make the joke (which some are doing) is ridiculous.
You know the Trump Presidency shows we are in the land of Idiocracy, but the Left of the last few years also makes me think we are gong to PCU. Every day is a new outrage, to the point that sooner or later the snowflakes will protest protesting and we are all screwed. Thankfully P-Funk will play our party!

You could say that about any standup comic, though. Every schtick has probably 100s if not 1000s of people trying to do it. The professionals just do it well, primarily because they have that sense of comedic timing.

I never got anything out of Seinfeld's TV show, but his recent standup show on Netflix is very funny, IMO.
