Re: POTUS 45.2 - Same arguments, different sides

By the way. Isn't it interesting that one of Hillary's greatest weaknesses (ties to Wall Street) was one of Trump's greatest strengths. He ran against them.

And NOW. He's got a Goldman Sach's administration and he's tearing down all the laws that were put in place after no one went to jail in '08.

He lied again.

you're forgetting two things:

1) EMAILZ!!!

2) He has a pen!s.

Re: POTUS 45.2 - Same arguments, different sides

I knew you wouldn't but I think the overwhelming majority of the data supports it. I just read an letter to the editor in the paper the other day of a woman who voted Democrat every election and she voted Trump this time. She bought the EMAILZ and BENGHAZI crap that the GOP shoveled for over a year, and it's exactly that crap. Benghazi committee disbanded immediately after the election and I don't see any indictments in Hillary's near future.

The electorate got duped. And the new CIA Deputy is ready to waterboard. Nice country.

Lets be fair Scooby, we all told them they were being duped and they still did it anyways. Hell most of them ACKNOWLEDGED they were getting duped and didnt care. They would rather be lied to than be talked down too.

It is going to be funny to watch all those people up in Grand Rapids who went hard for Trump over the mining issue. Not only will they never get their mines back but the more Republicans they vote for the more likely it is they lose the unemployment they are living on right now.

Are you accusing me of forgetting the two most important things that happened? Oh, and the other thing. 53% of white women. Makes the women's march interesting cause they certainly don't get together and vote.

Never heard it phrased that way. You're right. Probably why I have a hard time understanding it. I am so much the other way. I'd rather be talked down to then lied to every single time.

http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slat...ked_due_to_muslim_ban_government_reveals.html

On Tuesday, more information emerged as Department of Homeland Security chief John Kelly said that 721 people had been denied boarding since the order took effect. Now the government has revealed in a Virginia court case that the total number of individuals affected by the ban is more than 100,000. From the Washington Post:

Over 100,000 visas have been revoked as a result of President Trump’s ban on travel from seven predominantly Muslim countries, an attorney for the government revealed in Alexandria federal court Friday.

The number came out during a hearing in a lawsuit filed by attorneys for two Yemeni brothers who arrived at Dulles International Airport on Saturday and were quickly put on a return flight to Ethiopia in response to the president’s executive order.

To be clear, that's the number of total visas revoked, not the number of people who were turned away at an airport. It's also a number that's a lot bigger than 109 or 721, which might be why the administration didn't disclose it until (apparently) prodded to do so in court.

The AP reports that the State Department says the number is closer to 60,000.

I was in that march and talked to a lot of people. I would estimate 99.99% of the people in that march who could, voted.

Re: POTUS 45.2 - Same arguments, different sides

Even a right-leaning site like The Hill is rolling it's eyes at the Trump administration claiming the jobs growth report was due to their policies:

http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/317791-white-house-claims-credit-for-january-jobs-report

The White House is taking credit for January’s robust jobs report, saying that companies ramped up hiring amid optimism that President Trump would be more friendly to businesses than President Obama.

The economy added 227,000 new jobs in January, far greater than the 175,000 jobs economists had expected.

The report, the first since Trump took office on Jan. 20, also found the unemployment rate tick up to 4.8 percent because more Americans were looking for work.
January marked the 76th consecutive month of job growth, an indication that Obama handed over a healthy labor market.

Have to balance out all the InfoWars at some point.

They're definitely extreme, but at least they're smart. There are plenty of extreme dumb lefties out there to compare to InfoWars. The "Make It Plain" dude is remarkably stupid.

Democratic Underground, the FreeRepublic of the Left. :D

US Uncut is also really bad.

Yeah, I probably knew that I was just being hyperbolic. Still, that means we have to reach the ones that aren't active and get them to think with their heads instead of their hearts.

I would not qualify a bunch of fascist "reporters" as smart, especially when they call out an irony that an Armenian wants to be part of a group named after a faction that committed genocide against her people.

Name recognition, whether by corporation or celebrity, has made you stupid. Take a look at the person.

Re: POTUS 45.2 - Same arguments, different sides

To me, what I don't like about Trump is that he has always surrounded himself with yes men who won't whisper "Umm, this might not be a good idea..." in his ear.

Do you know what really gives me the red ***?*

It's the fact that Republicans in the House and Senate sit at their desks like the cable company executives in "South Park" getting hot and bothered thinking up ways to ram their sh*t legislation through because an (R) is the President.

For example, let's look live in Speaker Ryan's office:
