I gave him high Constitution because he's 70 and he's relatively healthy.

I was trying to allow for that. For instance, I accept WaPo as being slight left, and I accept some of the righty sites (Reason, etc) as not being hard right.

I think the issue is that the bias ratings are determined by public vote and there are more crazy righties with too much time on their hands than anybody else. That's how you wind up with Ayn Rand getting 3 titles in a public poll of the greatest 10 books in the English language, which actually happened.

I guess the question is is constitution across the whole lifetime in which case hey, made it to 70, good job or a score for right now. For example, a 110-year old had to have had an 18 constitution over all, but now he's lucky if he's a 4.

Pretty terrifying that Der Pea Brain is in charge of this decision.

There was nothing as gross as watching the bimbos on the Fox morning show debating whether we should "risk the cost" of an all-out assault on North Korea. Yes, let's watch while you pundits discuss this in your studio in NYC. I'm sure 10M people in Seoul appreciate the subtlety of your reflection.

President Trump’s voter fraud commission may have violated the law by ignoring federal requirements governing requests for information from states, several experts on the regulatory process told The Hill.

Experts say the failure to submit the request to states through the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) violates a 1980 law known as the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). They also say the failure could be significant, since states could argue it means they are under no obligation to respond.

“If the commission gets heavy-handed with them, it seems to me that the states are within their right to say, 'No, we don’t have to respond because you didn’t go through [OIRA],'” said Susan Dudley, a former OIRA administrator who is now director of the GW Regulatory Studies Center at George Washington University.

Actually, we may have the global minimum now. Let's take a scale of 1 to 100 of fitness to be president where the average person is a 50. The Founder presidents and Lincoln were all in the high 90s. The strong presidents since then (FDR, Eisenhower, Clinton) were all in the high 80s to low 90s. A. Johnson, Buchanan and Harding were in the 60s. Dubya, the previous least fit, rang in dead on 50.

Trump is a 5. No intelligence; no character; literally deranged.

We shall not see his like again.

What a maroon.

White House officials apparently waited too long to book accommodations for President Trump, leaving him without a hotel in Hamburg, Germany, as world leaders converge for the G20 summit.

Organizers announced the scheduled summit in February 2016, which requires 9,000 hotel rooms to accommodate world leaders, their sizable staffs, and security details.

The Hamburger Abendblatt, a local news outlet, reported that the US government wanted to accommodate Trump in the Four Seasons, but it was already booked. In fact, it turns out that every luxury hotel in Hamburg was reportedly booked by the time the Americans called, leaving Trump, who is associated with an empire of hotel properties, scrambling for a place to stay.
