To be fair it isn't truly YABUT EMAILZ until they start using their private devices to receive and store classified information.

True, but talk about low-hangin' fruit ...

All it takes is one email to/from the wrong account. And that mistake is way too easy.

They made the noose, and are sticking their own necks in it.

If they had a clue (translated: don't expect it), Trump would issue everyone a secured classified device and grant blanket pardon to everyone receiving one against Federal "waste, fraud, and abuse" guidelines in the use of it so they can use it to check their fantasy football teams (or when they email their hookers, etc).

Using unsecured devices for classified is something I have no patience for, contrary to what the rest of you may assume.

Remember the Dildo Rebellion? What worries me a bit is, what happens next time some gun nuts decide on a hostile takeover of a federal building/park/complex and set up a little kingdom of their own with legalized slavery and polygamy and whatnot? We have a president and commander in chief who openly ****s on the constitution and rule of law, who knows what guidance he'd give his agencies in such an event? I feel like there are people out there wondering how much they'll be able to get away with now.

I am sure we are a mere minutes away from Sicatoka and the rest of the crowd that admonished Hillary for her server calling for Trump's head!
I did and still do admonish HRC for what she did. I'm sorry it took more than a few minutes but I now fully admonish tDonald and any idiot in his admin that are doing the same. To supplement Santayana:
Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it and fukk over the rest of us

He also said "you've got to change your evil ways."

I saw Rep. Cramer not that long ago. I had breakfast with him. (Not really a fan of him.) I warned him then that far too often people step into the exact mistakes they just accused the other side of and to not be "that guy".

Oh well ...

I'm actually looking to see what Kevin does/says when this hits the news cycles.

Can the president pardon himself?

Isn't the President by definition exempt from civil or criminal law as the only way to go after a President is with Article I, Section 3 impeachment?

I guess that is so. So Trump could actually shoot a guy on 5th Avenue now and as long as the GOP holds a majority in Congress he's safe.

Go read Article I, Section 3: It takes 2/3 of the Senate to remove. (In these political times, nobody is getting removed.)

Remember, the House charges (brings articles of impeachment); the Senate is the "jury" with the Chief Justice acting as "judge" when it's the President on trial.

Are we a dictatorship yet? First in a continuing series until he comes for Nate.

I'm taking Nate's quiz.

My answers to those questions:
1. Yes. Nice photo in the briefing room. < rolleyes >
2. No, because he didn't build it, it came along for the ride.
3. No worse than it was already. Need more time on this one.
4. TBD.
5. Not explicitly so far.
6. Wait for it ...
7. TBD.
8. The system is already rigged. Weren't you listening to him?
9. Weren't you listening?
10. That's called "politics".

Sorry if this was already posted:

President Trump had just returned to the White House on Saturday from his final inauguration event, a tranquil interfaith prayer service, when the flashes of anger began to build.

Trump turned on the television to see a jarring juxtaposition — massive demonstrations around the globe protesting his day-old presidency and footage of the sparser crowd at his inauguration, with large patches of white empty space on the Mall. As his press secretary, Sean Spicer, was still unpacking boxes in his spacious new West Wing office, Trump grew increasingly and visibly enraged…Over the objections of his aides and advisers — who urged him to focus on policy and the broader goals of his presidency — the new president issued a decree: He wanted a fiery public response, and he wanted it to come from his press secretary.
