And yes, if you look closely, I do have a folder on my desktop called "Desktop"...for all the various clutter that inevitably accumulates there and I don't want to take the time to sort properly. :)

I took this picture of a juvenile Great Horned Owl that has been around on campus near where I work. I like how he appears to be winking at me. ;-)

While I was working at Merck May-Dec last year (dual monitor), I had a sepia version of this Ryan Miller picture on the left...

One of my old desktops.

This is a picture of Minneapolis I took back in college. And for the record, I didn't use a tripod or anything. Just the world's steadiest hands and over a one second exposure.

Nice. Just wait until there is a big ugly set of rail tracks going down the middle of that, creating a monstrous clusterf*.

Thanks.

I agree. Light rail at the U was such a monstrously bad idea. The chemical engineering building (Amundson Hall) right on Washington has instrumentation that is so sensitive you aren't even allowed to touch the countertops in the room. Seriously.

I hate this idea with such a passion.

That and Washington is already an epic mess, especially on game days, putting a train right down the middle of it is just going to make it that much more of a pain in the ***.

Re: Post your desktop

For anyone who wants car wallpapers, I use NetCarShow. Has pretty much every car you can imagine, and it'll let you crop the wallpapers if you have a weirdo resolution like mine (1366x768.)
