I took the photo. Ironic at the moment, considering the player...

That doesn't mean it isn't a great photo. Tcbg and I were talking about that photo the other day. We agreed that the level of detail is awesome.

It's actually from a game last season, and it's Vinny Saponari, who was released from the team yesterday.

I love that - do you have a high res version of it that I could use?

I made it in 1280x800 so if you need anything bigger it will get stretched out.....or I could just put black bars on the side.

I also really like the composition - Saponari looks like he is bursting forth from a rushing tide of players. There's a great sense of action and struggle in the shot.

I used to have it on the left, but I've moved it to the top because I usually have a photo as my desktop and it's less obtrusive (usually) at the top.

Am I the only one here who puts his task bar on the left side of the screen rather than the bottom?

On my work computer (a mac), I put the dock on the left side of the screen. I used to put my task bar on the top of the screen on my windows boxes, but haven't done that in a while.

Nothing special... Just something I thought was cool when I took the pic, and it stuck...
