Snowmageddon is coming to a neighborhood near me! Went from maybe we will have 10 inches to lets have 24+. Whee?

The low pressure system is currently entering New Mexico on its way to the Gulf of Mexico. It will then move towards the Atlantic, turn left, and head up the east coast. I have no idea how they can be sure of anything at this point. Around here all the local weather guys are leaning towards worst case scenario.

I follow a guy who is a meteorologist. He can go on about how they know. None of it makes sense but he is almost always right
 
I’m in the 24”+ range. Yeesh. I’m at my mom’s right now, taking her to a doctor appointment and then I’m hightailing it home. With a stop at Market Basket to pick up a few things. Then parking my car in the T garage across the street for a few days.
