Personality Test

My company has used DiSC (dominance, influence, steadiness, conscientiousness) personality type. Management was going to get training on best ways to work with people based on their personalities, and then we took the tests and received our own results, but nothing beyond that.

I teseted high for C and S

The results included things that I may be motivated by:
being "right"
Logical, systematic approaches

Yup, that is pretty spot on.
 
3.3 dandelion weed. Loud noises, chaotic scenes, and lots expected of me in a short period of time are the norm at my job.
I scored highest on C and then D on the DiSC test.
