PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

They e-mailed this to all students the other day. At least the athletic dept is making an effort to drum up fan support!

Men’s Ice Hockey Kick Off Party

Please join Coach Army and members of the Friar Hockey Team on Sunday, October 3 at Schneider Arena for a free skate and meet and greet with the players as well as a lunch buffet!

Schedule of events include:

12:00 pm-FREE Skate with the Players (bring your own skates)
1:00 pm-Lunch Buffet
Meet & Greet with the team
2:30 pm-Open Practice

Please RSVP to Brittany Simpson at (401) 865-1756 or bsimpson@providence.edu

I'm actually really interested to see what practice is like.

They emailed this offer to season ticket holders last week as well. As you pointed out, at least they are doing something. I'm afraid that it's a little too late for though.
As you know the majority of regular PC posters have NOT renewed season tickets and the program has been allowed to slip to depths once thought unimaginable. They will be lucky to draw more then a few hundred fans to each game.
The students will show until either the Friars lose a game or two and/or basketball starts. It's been like that for SEVERAL years now! :(

Obviously you care because you responded. Troll.

BTW You've been told numerous times in the past that if you are going to troll here on the PC thread then you MUST put your GED to some use and at least TRY to step up your game.

What is moe than 3 or 4 season ticket holders???? Dope. :p

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

Greetings to all, it's been a long time...

No tickets for me this year, I will travel to Providence but to watch the PBruins. I just can't watch suck anymore. I have had more than my fill of Army and his horrid record. I will be there to watch the 100th loss and the parade down Admiral Street. Sadly PC lost 6 more season ticket holders. I do not hold any hard feeling to the ticket office staff who always took care of me whenever I needed tickets. I won't miss the snotty security, and those who made it feel like I should be thanking them for the right to attend a game.

Bob Driscoll, you should be ashamed, embarrassed, and should resign...

Army, your record speaks for itself. You really care about this program?? Resign and let someone try to pick up the pieces and put the program back to where it once was, you obviously are not the man for this job!!!!

I hope all my friends on here are doing well...

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

Right on the nose BU but you forgot the most obnoxious rink manager, who thinks he is the second coming, Ross Brooks. Who in the real world would be begging for change in downtown Providence, the only thing he is qualified for.
4 more tix here.......gone

Hmmm. I can't decide if this is a loss or a gain for section E. ;)

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

Look in the penalty box first thats where the others lived between shifts

Drew was mean, but Mike just didn't put up with any crap. I miss their energy if not their penalty minutes.

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

Was this sent out in an email? If so, did not get one.

Oh well time to give up the season tix this year.

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

If they were going to pay attention to us, they probably won't let anyone on this thread into Schneider this year.

Re: PC hockey offseason and TOURNAMENT MODE!

I don't think there will be that many there unless they give away pizza for the students and they will leave when its gone
