This thread has been fascinating window into "northern'/upper midwest culture. I never knew so many people cared about curling, even during the Olympics.

It's a thinking man's game. It isn't about how hard you can punish your opponent. We reserve that for hockey.

The US has to feel very good, even giving up one and taking the hammer into 11 if they have to, having 4 in the house with two stones left.

its pool/shuffleboard with large rocks and ice... looks like we're closer... that's my opinion... not sure whey they aren't going to just take out their red... I can't see how Sweden doesn't get 1.
