the usual suspects are ALL quoting sources within the House of Representatives.

edit: when is Obama giving a speech? I'm sure they want to go over a whole slew of things (WMATA has me nervous for tomorrow)... but it is getting late.

they could have thought he was dead... it could be inconclusive... right now they are no facts in place aside from Osama bin Laden is dead as the result of a missle strike within the past 10 days.

FOX is saying CNN is saying that he was killed in Islamabad... this could get ugly.

Not often that (what appears to be) a covert ops assassination would be such a great day for America, but here we are...

Sad truth: this hardly means that its over between us and al Qaeda. There's almost assuredly someone else just itching to take his spot.

What I've been reading it was drone. But there is still someone at the controls!

WOOOOO! So pumped to hear this news! It took three presidents and 15 + years but we finally killed him.

Diplomatic corps and military on high alert for protests, retaliation, etc.

Crowd outside the White House is chanting "USA" and singing the national anthem.

I'm sure Michael Bay is negotiating for the movie rights as we speak... :)
