Well, assuming that the engine tune was set to be high enough to win the race but not hurt the engine later this year- a good punishment will be to give him that engine all season. Let him blow it up during a race.
I was pretty interested to hear Christian Horner's radio call, since he's been a major supporter of Sebastian forever. So when he gets on and gives vettel the talk, you know it's not good.
In the end, he'll probably win #4, and in the process have fewer fans.
He will probably get his hand slapped and it will be handled internally. I saw my first F1 race in 1966 at the Nurburgring and have been following it ever since. While team orders were in affect in the 60's it was not nearly as blatant as it is now. Radio communication has brought it to a new level. I completely understand the logic, but I still don't like it.
