Kayla Harrison wins Gold again in Judo. Wins 2(3?) matches with an armbar. I immediately think of this. :D

Based upon the reaction on social media, NBC might have played themselves into a corner with the swimming coverage. Simone Biles crushed the field to win gold in Women's All-Around. That coverage is taped and will be fit around live swimming however. Seems like it will be relegated to fringe coverage in the prime time broadcast.

Watching USA-Brazil men's volleyball (because prime time is still an hour away) and they have quite the match going.

I recommend everyone find a way to watch this. Such a beat down by Fiji and yet still entertaining the whole game. Fiji has some big dudes.

On another note, Gabby Douglas appears to really dislike Aly Raisman. Not necessarily surprising but at least act like you'rehappy for her.

If Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky had a child it would be Flipper.

I thought it was great that NBC played up the Australian sisters and then they didn't even medal. Reminded me of Dan and Dave. I did feel sympathy for them, which is more than I can say for Efimova. She cheated and was caught. Did she really think the other competitors would welcome her with open arms?

Penny is the first Canadian swimmer to win 4 medals at one Games, and is only 16. :eek:

She's also the <strike>brother</strike> sister of Stars defenceman Jamie Oleksiak. :D

Which part is not surprising? That Gabby Douglass dislikes someone, or are you saying Aly Raisman might be a be-atch?
