He appears to have no prior coaching experience. Yet "associate head coach"? That's interesting. I've heard Mark Johnson talk a number of times about how coaching women is just different...

Nadine seem to prefer hires of people who have personal experience in playing defense. If you can teach what you learned in the pros prior coaching experience may not be that relevant.

Yeah, but associate head coach? She just wants to keep her iron fist on things. This guy coaching here as his first coaching job seems like a waste of time for him if he as aspirations to coach men.
He needed money? Really how so? Saying if you know you know is not an answer.
