I think you should get in touch with Ohio State Rep. Josh Williams and get him to introduce a bill that declares OSU the true winner. He seems to have strong feelings about people disrespecting OSU.
Very cool to see Coach Muzerall on the Blue Jackets network talking with the boys about the National Championship game and the fact that OSU has been the only team to have played in the last 4 title games. Interesting how Muzerall has never won Coach of the Year with that resume. Must be a boys thing.

I count six different women who have won the AHCA coach of the year award. So it doesn't appear to "be a boys thing".
Maybe her peers just don't like her...

You didn't specify any particular organization. You simply said "Muzerall has never won Coach of the Year".
In fact, Muzerall won the 2022 USCHO Coach of the Year award.

Utilizing the portal is not poaching. Every player who enters it has their own reasons and situation for doing so. It's amusing some on the forum can't handle the Muzzinator consistently got the top talent in it with few exceptions. Bottom line is those transfers came here because we offered them what they wanted, other programs didn't.
Awards should be based on accomplishments, not whether someone likes her or not. If that is what the ACHA CoY Award is based on, then it's bullshit.

I read a bit about the ACHA award, and I believe it is the case that the only coaches eligible for their award are the 'coach of the year' winners for each conference. So the only years that Muzerall could have won ACHA were those five years when she was WCHA coach of the year. At that point, one could look at the three or four other eligible coaches, see who did win, and what they might have done that was more impressive than being the WCHA winner.
And by "...one could look...", I mean NOT me. LOL! I'm really not that concerned. Post-season awards are nice and all, but they don't really mean that much to me.
