I was at the Blue Jackets game, last night, when my brother called and he was at the OSU-Cornell game. He said they looked so good that he didn't believe his eyes.

A road sweep of two top ten teams...one by a 8-0 drubbing and the other with the initials BC. One of the best regular season series by any Big Ten team over the last five years.

It's always good to see the B1G take out east coast teams.
Although I have a little admiration for BU, mostly for them denying a very arrogant Miami team a guaranteed National Title in the last minute and ensuing OT. LOL!

Back to the Big Ten this week and for the rest of the season. This week we find out if that tournament was for real or just a one weekend revival.

Gave some points away tonight. 4 out of 6 on the road is good but i am greedy and want all 6 when you should get all 6. On to Michigan next weekend we all know they think they are that much better than Ohio State and maybe they are. Lets get some points from them on Friday night and make it an interesting Weekend.

On paper and in the standings, they are. But we know how that rolls. Rivalry games don't necessarily care about such things. I like our chances.

What a win! 9 round shootout and a Michigan kid scores the winning goal for us!
How's THAT for irony?
I felt we were running out of gas late in the 3rd and 3 of Michigan's goals came from sloppy clearing attempts by us.
Zebra's were not kind to us either with ticky tacky stuff getting called and Michigan getting a pass on numerous hooks & interference.
I was stunned we got the equalizer call in the last 2 minutes!

I wouldn't be happy blowing a 3 goal lead at home, but at least you got a point plus the talent show point at the end. Hurts to be 8 seconds from stealing three points, too, but that has been a consistent problem the last five seasons, so we'll take the point and see ya Sunday.

Trust me I am Not happy about them blowing that lead. Michigan took the game over after scoring that 1st goal. Mistakes by both teams lead to goals. One thing I like about this team is they never give up. For the record I hate shootouts they Don't belong in this game. Sunday should be another good one. See you at yost.
