My popsicle stick tower will be complete in about 5 hours. Kearny's fun. I get a kick out of a bully at school who can still drink at Moe's.

If you get Miss Springfield, notice the "Spend The Night With Mayor Quimby" task. Specifically, how long it takes :D

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

Tapped Out has an Easter/Whacking Day update today.

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

Family Guy

Finished all of Lois unlock quests. Unlocked Tweeker Peter outfit and District 4. Need to save up money now to clear the land near district 4.

It's an absolute travesty that this Easter update doesn't have the tree rabbit trap from that really early RV episode. An absolute travesty.

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

Okay, this Whacking Day/Easter thing is going to be infuriating. EVERYTHING involved costs donuts. And it costs 100 eggs of one color to trade for 50 of the other color, if you're lucky enough to find someone who has baskets (thanks, Clown.) I still haven't seen a golden egg yet.

From what I saw on r/tappedout, your Springfield is randomly weighted toward earning pink or blue eggs (mine's definitely pink.)

I bought a basket and a couple popped up when I was whacking the bunnies. I didn't know about the random weighting. That's a shame because I would have liked to get more pink so I could be more assured of getting Sherry Bobbins.

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

I traded 500 pink eggs for the prize box and was rewarded with 100 golden eggs. So I will just do it that way until it gets close to the end of the time (25 more days) and then decide if i am missing anything i really want.

Also, if you suck at prize boxes and get 50 fences the game will give you 15 donuts for your trouble. I thought that was funny.

I got fences. Naturally. Though if you rack up 50 fences you earn 15 donuts. But considering you probably spent 50-100 donuts on eggs/egg generators/baskets to do that...

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

This update blows. Absolutely blows. I hate this random spin wheel crap. The last two that had it annoyed the hell out of me, now they doubled down and went with three? And you have to win on the other two to even access the third? GTFO.

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

Also, playing Family Guy QFS now. It's ok so far but for whatever reason it doesn't have that same appeal TSTO has...

Re: Official Video Games Thread VII: The 7th Generation Comes To A Close

Im giving it time. Simpsons was a grind for a long time before it was fun for me.

Ditto. I don't get a lot of the newer jokes in FGQFS since I haven't watched in years. But I'll definitely give it time.

I found a website where you can play the old arcade games. I have been playing Duck Hunt and that dog is a jerk.

There are a bunch of sites like that. Also, there are emulators you can download to play old school games. It's great.

I know there are some great sights. This one I found via my Chromebook under games. Last night I was playing Mortal Kombat. This morning is Street Fighter 2, which is my game.
