I was expecting nothing until mid-to-late November. So this a surprise that its this soon.

So anyone buy Batman: Arkham City this week? The first one was surprisingly good. Although not that hard.

Also, whats the verdict on Rage? I'd be interested in hearing about the single player experience.

I am likely skipping 2012, unless I find out it has some new feature that blows me away. I've been playing 2011 alot lately and don't want to throw away a game I think I'm 11 seasons into.

I don't know that there is any huge new feature, just that they have improved what exists. I know that page I linked has some of the changes listed, such as improved transfer and contract systems. they are touting 800 improvements.

Just got promoted to Division 5 in Head to Head Seasons. I've only been relegated once, I feel like it's a bit too easy to stay in the Division you're in. I mean, you just need 10 points. So you can go 3-1-6 and be fine. Maybe make it 12 points or something. Then again, I've squeaked by with those types of seasons so maybe I shouldn't complain!

So, apparently GT5 just decided to give away a version of the Redbull car because of some event or something.

Holy. *ing. Crap. That thing is insane (yes, I've seen the youtube Nurburgring video, but watching is a lot more different than driving).

anybody else intrigued by the new kirby game coming out next week? I may try to avoid buying it so that it ends up being an xmas gift. Been awhile since i bought a game.

Yeah, I looked it up and nothing seemed all too game changing. The feature that looked the most interesting to me was the ability to add/remove playable countries at anytime during your game, which is nice. But aside from them implementing some sort of conversion tool to update old games, I don't really see a need to buy the game more than every 2-3 years.

I'll be interested in Batman AC if it passes my only test for buying a game I'm interested in: $1/hr of standard, main storyline, gameplay.

I wouldn't be interested in a game that was only a $1/hr worth of entertainment.

I'd be more interested in Arkham City if it wasn't going to be a poor console port. (With the extra month of development time to optimize it ****ed down the drain)

The max driver level in Forza 4 is 150. Apparently that is about 6.5 million experience.
