beckwith:D.....my $$$ is on gilbert for sure....its the rest of the line-up that will be very hard to call besides the 9 retunrers who I think we will see them all barring injuries.

HOCKEY NIGHT IN OSWEGO will have a different shade tonight - teal If you are going to the game tonight, you can help Mary Gosek and her army of supporters raise awareness for Ovarian Cancer...there will be TEAL-Gating starting at 6pm at the Campus Center....

My guess puts Montagna on the first line as well. Looking forward to seeing who this team is regardless

Forwards I would say Titanic, Badham, Carr, Kim-Swallow, Rodrigues, Montagna, Adams, Neil, Bonner, Schultz, Gialedakis and Hulshof. If you want the extra size swap out Manny for Waterstreet.

Against a notorious trapping team like Fredonia I might put a better puck mover in Raguseo in on defense ahead of Scott. Booby G, Rivait, King, Wills, Hart and Raguseo looks pretty good on D to me.

I think Eddie will do what Eddie always does and go with Gilbert until he shows he plays his way out of the job or gets hurt. I think Zawadski should get one of the games this weekend but it might be Gilbert all the way with Zawadski maybe getting Cortland on the 9th.

Kim-Swallow and Carr did not play in the pre-season scrimmage so do not guarantee that they'll be in the line-up tonight. Rolling relatively deep, Eddie isn't forced to play all of his 'returners'. Toss up in net, Gilbert makes sense from an 'experience' standpoint but Zawadski has been sharing time on the first team and had a standout test last week.

welcome aboard,I did mention the 2 injuries in the post above,and yes never a guarantee but I think he will dress all 9 returners for the opener if healthy,aftre that we all guess.

I agree, this year isn't about whether or not there is talent, it's about getting all the talent on the same page, buying into the same system.

Laker Hockey Fans will be super served this weekend with 6 games on WTOP10 and WNYO...In addition to the Men opening SUNYACf play tonight v Fredonia and Saturday v Buff State, the Ladies OSWEGO CLASSIC features Cortland St. Castleton St. and New England College.

I think it's fair to assume that most if not all the D1 transfers will dress. Wills, Bonner, Adams and Scott should all get ice time. After all they didn't come down to d3 to sit in the audience in a suit again.

While that may be true, it depends on their attitude and performance. Eddie puts the best guys who put the effort in on the ice.

That's true. Generally the personality type I've seen from D1 transfers has been "I'm going to do whatever it takes to play, cuz that's what I'm here to do." I suspect they'll put the work in.

Video works in my Note 2. I would think it should work with an Iphone seeing how they are so much better (tic). But in all seriousness try it. That TuneIn is a great app. Just take time and save some of the big name schools to your favorites. Saves time later on.
