The FB page of the Blueline Club is blowing up with complaints on ticket availability for Genny---Oswego allotment is sold out at our ticket office.

Less than 100 given to Wego?

Traveling Oswego fan is not happy and there was a ton of fans wanting to make this trip.

When will the colleges of the SUNYAC get their ticket act together already....everyone buys tickets on line, this should be no different!

A. Not to many teams sell tickets online.
B. Its Geneseo. Ive been to two SUNYAC Championship game weekends there with ZERO issue getting tickets. Suck it up and get them at the door. Sad excuse not to go.
C. For years Oswego gave Plattsburgh ZERO ticets in advance

If people get to the gate when it opens at 5:30, they will still be able to get tickets. Get in your cars and go, and I'll see you in line.

A good number in the Brigade are CNY alums...they return often....

B. Personal choice. Not everyone wants to get shut out after a long drive.
C. And so it goes. Back to my original point. Open the marketplace to all.

From what I have heard the game is completely sold out. Did not have this trouble last week for getting tickets. I figured I would have had great trouble in getting them. It will be a interesting crowd for the boys from the sounds of it.

From my 3 trips there, Geneseo has always drawn pretty well (but the late arriving crowd statement is true). I haven't seen an announcement about the game being sold out, so I wouldn't assume it is. Pays off for me having a brother attending Geneseo :)

I'm not sure where these rumors about the game being sold out are coming from, but I haven't seen any official announcement from the Geneseo AD about the game being sold out. Maybe the Oswego allotment has sold out and people are interpreting that for the game being sold out?

For those who don't know the IRA, there is not assigned seating, but I'd say the capacity is about 2,500 maybe 2,600 before they'd start turning people away. I don't think we've ever had a sell out before, but we've been close with a few games in the 2400s. My guess is that if you get there early and get in line you'll be fine to get tickets at the door. However, students or fans who take the late-arriving "I'll get there at 7:30 PM" approach will in all likelihood get turned away if they are looking to purchase tickets. Considering we had 2,323 last weekend I do think a sell out is within reach. Tickets will be sold from 12 PM - 3 PM today and after that I imagine we'll see some sort of announcement regarding remaining tickets.

My wife got there 40 minutes before tickets went on sale and it sold out when she was third in line. Big line still behind her. There were supposed to be 300 tickets for Oswego, I'm sure some went to team and staff, but the feeling there was there was no way 300 went that fast (limit 4 per person and 1 per student [student not being "person"])?

Multiple transmission path tests from the Geneseo rink by WTOP student engineers were successful today. Pre, post and in-game intermission segments will be live from the WTOP's Al Roker studio beginning at 6:30pm. WTOP's HD mobile production system will provide game coverage live from The Ira at 7:00pm.

Game will be available on Oswego Athletics website http://athletics.oswego.edu/showcase/

It should be noted this was made possible through the support of the SID's and CTS operations of both schools.
