Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

and bring Galchenyuk with him :D

So many Miami decommits on that team. always makes me wonder if only...

Look on the bright side, if everyone on that team were to have followed through with their commitment, what the heck would our lineup look like this weekend in Pittsburgh :)

I'm ready to go in if needed, just thought I would throw that out there...

Now we get to play robert morris in pitt, better than a club team at least. Scalp the colonials

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

Game one of the swoon avoided, didn't sound pretty but given the circumstances no complaints here.

Walton was a nice touch on the mic, very enjoyable call.

Scalp the Colonials indeed!

I think our offense has been swoon-ing for about the last month, makes for some pretty nervous games. For those who watched the game, did Mullin look at all like his old self playing on the top line?

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

really nervous about this game. RMU is going to be tough.

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

51 shots. 7 powerplays. 0 goals.

Over our last six games we are averaging 1.3 goals per game, that's absolutely pitiful.

this is true. How about the defense / goaltending though!! :D

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

Game two wasn't though. Two weeks of practice now before we head to the UP. Too much talent not to score.

It will be nice to have 2 games against an opponent as offensively-incompetant as we are, hopefully with Barber and Kuraly back we can get back to our old groove.

Re: Official 2012-13 Miami Season Thread: Baby boom!

So.... We can't get a goal review because Atlantic Hockey doesn't believe in it?? Wasn't this little crappy tournament 50% CCHA teams? Either way, you lose some, you may very well have tied some. The defense doesn't seem to have any lapses, just get that offense going before the next series (sounds like the bengals too right now)
