That would wonderful, but nothing leads me to believe Roberts is anything but a cheerleader for this sort of stuff. The biggest disappointment on the current Court is the guy who self-advertised as a neutral "umpire" is turning out to be just another assertive ideologue like Alito, Scalia and, on even-numbered days, Thomas. That means Law Enforcement 5 Civil Liberties 4.
