Keith Aucoin gets his 4th of the season on a power play as the Islanders win 5-4 in OT over the Devils. Gonna be hard to send him down if he keeps this up.

According to reports, NEC goalie Shawn Sirman has been working on his angles all week so he can solve for Thieda.

Just FYI

Castleton must finish behind Norwich. They max out at 23 points, NU has 26.

All Norwich needs is 3 points to close out UMB, who is the only team left with a chance to catch/pass the Cadets.

Any combination of points gained by NU and lost by UMB totaling 3 will clinch the reg season championship for the Norwich.

Alright, jam packed post this Monday morning...

First off, congrats to former Norwich University football coach Jayson Brooks on winning the Super Bowl last night as a member of the Baltimore Ravens coaching staff. Brooks coached at Norwich for one season in 2008 before moving on to become the Ravens' offensive quality control coach.

Second, we are now in the final week of the camo jersey auction online.

Check it out and bid at www.cadetscamo.com!

Plenty of jerseys still available and check out the poses by some of the players, pretty cool stuff. Auction ends Sunday at 5 p.m.

Lastly, here are the highlights from the two Norwich men's games this weekend, including Kyle Thomas' sportscenter worthy game-winner from Saturday. Saturday's women's game also attached as well.

Do to the big snow storm we have had several alumni groups cancel their trip to campus to attend the game. We have placed those tickets back up for sale, check section 8 for great seats.

Big game tomorrow night between the Cadets and the Castleton Spartan’s. A victory for the Cadets would mean they have six victories and no losses against the Vermont teams. It would also mean they have beaten St Mikes, Middlebury & Castleton each at home and away. :)

Prez, what will happen to tickets purchased on line prior to the game against Castleton if the game is postponed? If the weather is as bad as they think it might be, I hope the game is moved. I hate driving down the hill from the interstate into Northfield in a bad snow storm. Can we cancel our tickets and get a credit/refund? Yes, call me chicken.

By the way, your last post is just an X in a box.
