Hi aparch,
No comments above, but I remember, that you were" kind a fan" of Tuomas Tarkki. I thought to tell that his hockey career has ended after 2 gold, two silver and one bronze in Finish league and was chosen twice the best goalie in our league,
and a lot of other minor prices. He`s married and they two children. Greetings from Finland

I'm not even worried about the PWR. Get me a first round victory. And we're in second in the WCHA overall. Baby steps.

I like the fact that NMU is in the conversation with UMD, Michigan, Penn State & Colorado College in the Rankings.... I'll take that.... It's better than being ranked #57, #58, #59....

The only way we're getting in is if we win the auto bid. And for NMU to take the auto bid, in the words of aparch, treat every weekend like an elimination weekend until the first full week of April.

As for me, I'd be happy with a top 4 finish and a first round playoff victory.

With the WCHA currently considered to be a "weak sister bottom feeder" NCAA D1 Hockey Conference the only way for WCHA teams to get into the Final 16 is by winning the Conference tournament automatic bid like MTU did last year so everything else is purely conjecture.... Whoever is hot during the Conference tournament has the best chance.... A WCHA team could go (25-10-5) and not get an At-Large bid so there seems to really be only one path to the NCAA's for WCHA teams as of late....

So if you know this, why the need to post our supposed PWR rankings every week?
