My thoughts are this after being at Friday nights game and giving up the late tying goal was that we played ok but kind of ran out of gas. Of course, when they did finally look so tired it was nearly 1am. 1st goal was kind of a lucky one for PC and I think without that screen we win that game in regulation, that said we never looked composed I mean we cycled and got lots of the better opportunities but PC is so much bigger and that physical style is going to be the NU ungluing if we don't stick to our game plan going forward. We are a small team with speed and talent. I and I actually left before the OT as it was nearing midnight and I had a train to catch at South Station. Why North and South still aren’t connected post big dig is crazy! Anyway, HE needs to figure out that each game needs to be on different day OT’s in the 1st game cause the 2nd game to be playing the next day. Championship could be on Sunday. Anyway I saw it coming and now all the BU fans are starting to chirp. I think it’s a good thing for Hockey East to be sending 3 teams to the NCAA rather than two, that said we are going to need to play better and if we face BU I am not sure beating a team 4 times in a season is something that will be easy, in the event you have not noticed they are playing well now and are looking like the pre season pick of the litter they were anointed to be with umpteen picks with a hot goalie to boot. I would not want to play them right now if we don’t step it up. However so Happy BC is likely out cuz I hate them a lot more for some reason. BU I can tolerate. However the pairwise still has BC 16th???? Anyway can't wait for the selections to come out to see who we have to play. Its been pretty fun this far. Cheers nurse your hangovers with some NCAA BB this afternoon!
