Thanks for correcting our resident buffoon.
I'm neither surprised nor disappointed. I'm not sure the coaches view this as a major loss from a class that is 18 months from stepping on the ice.

The "flips" work both ways. NU has benefitted as well as suffered from them over the years. We got Kevin Roy and Zack Aston-Reese after they had committed elsewhere. OTOH we lost Jonny Gaudreau and several others during our coaching upheaval five years ago.

North Dakota.. just too good. Huskies def lost to a superb team drawing them in round 1..
barring a miracle by Q.. they your 2016 National Champions.

I choose to bask in the well-earned glory of a championship season. Angry posters? Let them stew. Recruits decommitting? Whatever, let them go, they'll get someone else. You're the champs, fellow Huskies. Breathe it in, picture your memories of the semifinal and final, imagine the banners. It's all good, the present is great, the future is bright. We've spent the better part of a generation fretting and complaining and hoping, let's enjoy this feeling while we can, before we get back to it.

Filipe tweeted tonight that he signed his NLI and he'll be at NU this fall. Big news.

Zach is most likely to stay for his senior year. We just added a transfer defenseman. You can do the "math".
